Month three // babe favorites
Sutton girl is a whopping THREE months old. She isn't considered a newborn anymore, and that breaks my heart! But i'm so excited to watch her grow! Here's our favorites list for month three!
1. Oball rattle // This was the first thing Sutton grabbed on her own. Its so easy for them to pick up and move around. The first toy she loves playing with!
2. Toy elephant // This cute little elephant hangs from her car seat and keeps her entertained while momma spends hours walking around Target with a pumpkin spice latte :) Plus, it's much cuter than most other hanging toys!
3. Baby Einstein Jumper // I have only had this jumper for a day, because we went and picked it up yesterday. Sutton is getting older and much more aware. She also holds her head and neck up very well on her own. So, I was looking for something to entertain her that she could grow into. The box says 4+ months. But like I said she holds her head all on her own. It supports her well also, and she loves looking around at everything. She's constantly moving so this has been perfect for her! I looked at tons of other brands and designs and i'm glad we decided on this one!
4. Fleece sleepsuit // I have three of these sleep suits and I alternate them every single night. They are cozy and easy for night time diaper changes!
5. Floor seat // I have been using this like c r a z y the past couple of weeks! Its great for outside, watching baby DVDS, watching me make dinner, pretty much anything. She loves sitting up, so this makes my life a lot easier!

Mexican Chicken Casserole
I love how easy casseroles are to put together. Plus you can make it ahead of time and just pop it in the oven! Here's the recipe for a healthier version of Mexican chicken casserole. When Zach goes back for thirds, you know it's a winner!
Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (I put mine in the crockpot ahead of time)
2 (10.5oz) cans of 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
2 cups 0% plain greek yogurt (I like FAGE)
1 packet of reduced sodium taco seasoning mix
1 packet of ranch dressing mix
1 (10oz) can of RoTel, drained
1 (10oz) can of RoTel, Undrained
1 (15oz) can of black beans, rinsed & drained
1 (150z) can of pinto beans, rinsed & drained
1 (11oz) can of Mexicorn, drained
18 corn tortillas
3 cups of shredded cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Combine cream of chicken soup, Greek yogurt, and seasoning packets. stir in chicken and remaining ingredients, except the tortillas and cheese.
Lighting spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
Layer 6 tortillas in the bottom of the dish. Pour half of the chicken mixture over top. Sprinkle 1/3 of cheese. Repeat layers, starting with tortillas, then remaining chicken mixture and 1/3 of cheese. Top with remaining tortillas and sprinkle with last 1/3 of cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.

Month two // babe favorites.
I can't believe Sutton Mckenzie is five days away from being TWO months old! I'm trying to soak up every minute of her being a sweet newborn because she has already grown so much. I went ahead and put together my monthly favorites list today since i'll be out of town next week.
1. Hanna Anderson Pajamas // These organic cotton sleepers are a m a z i n g quality compared to all the others I have used. The quality is worth the extra money and the prints are so cute (no cheesy animals) I'd personally rather have a couple great pairs than loads of the cheaply made ones.
2. Fourth + Pierce // So I love a huge obnoxious bow, BUT I am starting to love the simple and sweet bows as well! This small shop has an adorable selection of simple leather bows. I also love that they are on one size fits all headbands. No one wants to buy a bow that only lasts three months.
3. Itzy Ritzy wet storage bag // These are great to have in your diaper bag. Dirty/wet clothes, leaking bottle, dirty diaper with no where to throw it away. I will always have one of these with me now!
4. Aden + Anais body wash and lotion // I started out with using the Honest co. wash and lotion. It just didn't smell very good so I picked up these and LOVE them. Sutton smells so yummy after her bath, and I can still smell it now from last night.
5. Baby Bling Bows // I have used these since the day she was born. They are so soft and stretchy that I don't feel bad about keeping one on all day. I highly recommend these headbands!
